This class is suitable for students who have developed a good foundation in ballet technique and are ready to start building the strength, control, and alignment needed for pointe work. Dancers work in soft block ballet shoes and focus on exercises to strengthen the feet, ankles, legs and core, whilst improving posture, balance and overall ballet technique. This class helps prepare students safely and correctly for progression into pointe shoes in the future.
