Multi-Sports Fit Club @ St John's Wood Church Gardens!
This is a private group listing. A fun and relaxed active play session for the children to enjoy together each week 🌟 Designed to be age-appropriate for the children, the sessions will focus on movement, coordination, balance and confidence through a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities and games. To make the most of the Spring and Summer seasons, we’ll be running the sessions outdoors at St John's Wood Church Gardens ☀️ Each week will include a mixture of active play, obstacle courses, ball games, running games, parachute activities and simple sports-based games, all adapted for little ones and kept fun and engaging. Sessions will generally include: Warm-ups and movement activities Active games and simple skill-based activities Group games and imaginative play A fun finish to round things off 🎉 The main aim is simply for the children to stay active, build confidence and enjoy being part of the group in a relaxed and supportive sport environment.

About Kids Fit Club
Launched in early 2022, Kids Fit Club is a registered company based in London, managed by a dedicated team including Lucas Kingston-Davies, Miranda, Katie, Lewis, and Katherine. Our fully qualified coaches bring a wealth of experience in developing and running early childhood and youth sports programmes in the UK and Asia. Lucas, our head coach, grew up in Singapore and Thailand before completing his BA (Hons) in Physical & Sports Education from St.

Passionate about the role of sports in early childhood development, Lucas has taught in Asia and Europe, including prestigious nurseries and schools across London since 2018, and has had the honour of teaching sport to the UK’s royal family. If you're interested in starting a group for our children's activities, we're happy to accommodate you. Sessions can be held in private gardens or public parks, provided the location is suitable and safe. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a session for your group
