Multisports Tots is 45 minutes of brilliant, breathless fun for 2.5–3.5s. Each week we dip into a different sport: dribbling footballs, whacking tennis balls, wobbly rugby runs, forward rolls, sprints and jumps. Activities change every ten minutes or so - about as long as a toddler stays interested in anything. We don't drill. Everything is taught through games, so children learn by playing: chasing, dodging, aiming at a wobbly target, getting past a coach pretending to be a very slow dinosaur. Underneath the giggling we're building the fundamental motor skills - running, stopping, balancing, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking - that everything else is built on. Small groups, early-years specialist coaches, and a grown-up stays throughout.

Full Day Camp

Multisports Kids is 45 minutes of proper sport for 4-6s - played, not drilled. Each block we focus on one sport at a time: football, tennis, rugby, gymnastics, athletics. Long enough to actually get good at something, short enough that nobody gets bored of it. Everything is taught through games. Instead of lining up to practise a pass, children play small-sided games where passing is the thing that works - so they learn to make decisions, read what's happening around them and think for themselves, not just copy a coach. It's how sport is meant to be learnt. Alongside the skills come the bits that matter just as much at this age: taking turns, listening, losing well, having a go at something they're not immediately good at. Small groups, qualified coaches, and every child known by name.
