Welwyn | Stretch & Conditioning (Kicks, Leaps & Turns) Our Stretch & Conditioning class is designed to help dancers improve the strength, flexibility and control needed for technical dance skills. Focusing on kicks, leaps and turns , students will work on flexibility, core strength, balance and alignment through targeted exercises and conditioning techniques.
