Welwyn | Acro Elevate Acro Elevate is our highest-level Acro class for dancers ready to take their skills to the next level. To join, students must be 7 years or older , be confident performing one-handed cartwheels , and be progressing towards walkovers . Our Acro programme is based on skill level rather than age , ensuring every dancer trains safely and progresses at the right pace. Students will continue developing the five key divisions of AcroDance— Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling —while refining advanced skills, technique and confidence in a supportive environment. _________________________________________________________ 🍂 AUTUMN TERM: ▪️ 7th September - 25th October ▫️ OCTOBER HALF TERM – 26th October - 1st November ▪️ 2nd November – 13th December ▫️ CHRISTMAS BREAK – 14th December - 3rd January A student's space is reserved from term to term by rolling contract.

Welwyn | Acro Foundation Our Acro Foundation class is the perfect introduction to AcroDance , with no previous experience or skill level required . Acro combines the strength and flexibility of gymnastics with the creativity and artistry of dance, creating a fun and exciting style for young dancers. Students will develop the five key divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling , learning each skill progressively in a safe and supportive environment. Welwyn | Acro Progressive Our Acro Progressive class is designed for dancers aged 7 years and above who already have a solid foundation in Acro. To join this class, students should be confident performing cartwheels and bridges , ensuring they are ready to progress safely to more advanced skills. Our Acro programme is based on skill level rather than age , allowing every dancer to train at the level that is safest and most effective for their development.
