Welwyn | Year 7+ Jazz Technique Our Year 7+ Jazz Technique class is designed to develop the strength, control and precision needed for confident, versatile dancers. Focusing on kicks, turns, leaps, flexibility and technical drills , and using framework from the ISTD Modern syllabus students will refine their jazz technique while improving musicality, coordination and performance quality. This class is the perfect complement to other dance styles, helping dancers build strong foundations, increase confidence and progress their overall technical ability. Welwyn | Acro Elevate Acro Elevate is our highest-level Acro class for dancers ready to take their skills to the next level. To join, students must be 7 years or older , be confident performing one-handed cartwheels , and be progressing towards walkovers . Our Acro programme is based on skill level rather than age , ensuring every dancer trains safely and progresses at the right pace. Welwyn | Pointe (Year 7+ – Must Be Taking a Graded Ballet Class) Our Pointe class is for dedicated ballet students who are ready to begin or continue pointe work safely and correctly. Open to dancers in Year 7+ who are also enrolled in a graded Ballet class , lessons focus on developing the strength, technique and alignment needed for pointe through carefully structured exercises.
