Teacher - Jaz Tap Tap is perfect for students who enjoy music and making noise!! From our tiny dancers right up to our adults we offer a range of classes students can choose to progress through the syllabus and take exams or do free work just focusing on skills and technique.
45 minute engaging sessions based around letters sounds. Each class focuses in on pronunciation of sounds, listening skills, hearing and discriminating sounds within words and oral blending with our lovable, cheeky mascot, Robot Reg. This is encouraged through multi sensory activities and games using music, visual aids and actions. Each week, learn a new sound, collect a letter card and have lots of fun. Plus, strengthen your gross motor muscles with our Pom-Pom dancing and fine motor muscles with playdough and disco lights in Robot Reg’s Rave! Children, and adults alike, can enjoy learning and practising early phonics skills, whilst engaging in these fun, high energy sessions together. The perfect pre school class!
The combined Dance, Singing and Drama class is for dancers wishing to take their dance further. Skills learnt in previous classes are developed in detail. Dancers attend multiple styles to aid progression, technique, flexibility and performance. This class requires previous dance experience. The teacher may request you to take private lessons to help catch up. Dancers are required to take an additional class of tap, ballet, street, contemporary or lyrical to assist progression. This class is suitable for those in the last years of primary school

Join us at the fabulous Little Bea in Pocklington for our Tuesday morning Baby Band class. Situated in the centre of Pocklington, Little Bea is Pocklington's 'Pregnancy, Baby and Toddler Hub'. With gorgeous decor, a baby change, pram parking, and located in the heart of the town centre, it has everything we need. After class you can take advantage of the many, cafes, bakeries and shops. You can also enjoy out our collaboration with Swirlz Gelato; receiving a free baby or toddler ice-cream with every adult hot drink or ice-cream purchased. Teacher - Maddy Ballet Development: A class designed to take alongside one of our regular ballet classes. We focus on technique and artistry following the Royal Ballet ATAP programme. Students gain a greater understanding of technique, performance skills, as well as learning about choreography and studying ballets like Alice in Wonderland, Swan Lake and many more.
A fun introduction to the wonderful world of Acrobatics. pre-school age 3-4 years. In this class we work on confidence, routines and more. We eventually come into class with friends and parents/carers come in for play time. For the first few classes parents/carers are very welcome in class and encouraged to join in! This lovely classes focuses on building confidence, coordination, skills, pre-cartwheels, strength, handstands, forward rolls, jumps and more . The first half hour consist of movement and dancing with the last 10 minutes dedicated to play time!
When you get your invite to this class it's an exciting day. Then you train pointe work technique and strength and one day you will get your letter telling you you can progress to pointe shoes. Then the real work starts! Invitation only. We do not offer trials to this class because the teacher has to know the dancer is ready to progress to the next level.
The combined Jazz and Acrobatics class is a great opportunity to develop skills in performance techniques, teamwork, and creative movement. It blends the energy of jazz with the flexibility and strength of acro, offering a dynamic, fun and challenging class. This class can be nicely paired with Ballet, Contemporary, or other styles, creating a well rounded, knowledgeable, skilled and creative dancer. Dancers will develop and learn skills such as: kicks, leaps, turns, bridges, kick overs, handstands, round offs, cartwheels and more Dancers are required to take an additional class of , musical theatre, ballet, street, contemporary or lyrical to assist progression. This class start from school Year 3 and is suitable for beginners
