We offer regular nordic walking workouts for mums bumps and babies the group is friendly relaxed and a great way for mums to connect whilst exercising with their babies. My groups are small and friendly and are based at Buckland Park Lake. I supply the equipment so no need to buy anything. This activity allows mums to exercise with their babies which is highly beneficial to bonding and understanding the world and sounds around them. Being outdoors

in fresh air is also beneficial for mum and baby. Most babies fall asleep as they enjoy the rhythm of walking and being with mum. Our groups are relaxed and friendly and we are known to stop of route for feeds or if baby is unsettled.
