Our classes are calm and unique classes are highly interactive and focus on the positive benefits of touch through baby massage and yoga. Stretch and Soothe classes are designed to help you and baby relax and strengthen your bond. We incorporate songs, sensory play and social time within each session. We aim to help you and your baby leave feeling nurtured, more connected and with new skills and knowledge for how you can support your babies development in fun or soothing ways.
