A monthly Friday morning class (11-1) with Claire Hanrahan, an Iyengar certified Level 3 teacher with 18 years teaching experience. These sessions are for anyone that wants to deepen their practice. We’ll be working on the level 2&3 syllabus. Next sessions… March 13th, April 10th, May 8th, June 12th, July 10th, August 14th, Sept 11th, October 9th, Nov 13th, Dec 11th.
