We are based at Paulet High School, Violet Way Burton Upon Trent DE15 9RT The club was formed in 1979 with 35 gymnasts - we now run classes throughout the week catering for over 400 children We provide recreational classes for both boys and girls aged 4 years and upwards. high standards and achievements. In 2003, we were one of the first gymnastics clubs in the country to be accredited with GymMark. This is an assurance of Quality, tested by British Gymnastics on behalf of Sport England, and gives parents and gymnasts the reassurance that the club is nationally recognised as safe, effective and child friendly. The club has produced Regional and County Champions in various age groups and abilities in both Women's Artistic and Sports Acrobatics disciplines. We have also produced winners at National level competitions. East Staffs club attempts to teach children the pleasure and rewards which can be achieved from dedication and hard work, whilst preserving the fun element. This helps to instil an appreciation of movement, exercise and sport which will last a lifetime.
