Zenkai Judo aims to teach kids and adults judo in a fun, friendly and safe environment, we teach in the Cumbernauld area and have experienced coaches. Zenkai Judo aims to offer an opportunity regardless of ability for everyone to benefit from a fun social environment, a chance to improve fitness levels, deal with frustration, anger and to help teach self control it also offers a chance to meet new friends too.
