10.15am to 12pm. It's a restorative space for you and your baby to meet other local families, practice building your breast/chest/bottle feeding confidence, and explore a calm, mindful relationship with your baby, and more importantly, yourself. Summer meet-ups are held in Crystal Palace Park (near the Brown & Green Life cafe), and when the weather turns, we head indoors to St Hugh's Community Centre in Anerley.
