Harmony Hypnobirthing offers a wide range of classes for pregnancy and beyond. The birth of your baby should be something that you are excited about, rather than something you are scared of. With a Harmony Hypnobirthing course you will feel prepared, confident and ready. You won’t be hypnotised! Together we will address your fears, explore how your birth partner can support you (if you have one) and go over what actually happens when you give birth.

You will also learn relaxation and breathing techniques to make your birth as calm and comfortable as possible. The Harmony Hypnobirthing course is a full antenatal program, so you won’t need to take any other pregnancy class. Hypnobirthing is for all types of birth, so whether you’re planning a drug free, water birth, caesarean or medicated birth these classes will help you. To complete your pregnancy to parenthood journey I also offer pregnancy yoga classes in Dartford, Mum and baby yoga classes in Dartford and private pre-natal yoga classes in Kent and South East London.
