session and are invited to see it all as a form of play but they won't become a yogi in one week! Each class gives them time to explore posture and their breath and with sensory play they explore play freely through music and accessories. Every half term one set of poses are worked on, this way they get the time needed to develop the moves and explore them in more and more detail as time goes on and they love knowing what is coming next! It's a special bonding moment together in a beautiful setting with eclectic music and a gentle workout for parent/carers too!
