why I keep my class sizes small, and the content simple - building connection through song, movement and massage. I offer gentle Baby Massage (IAIM) and Baby Yoga (Birthlight) courses at The Parklangley Club in Beckenham. I am also a trained Speech and Language Therapist and run Baby and Toddler classes that combine movement, makaton signing, songs and rhymes to support your child's communication. My classes also provide parents with an opportunity to make friends and support each other on their parenting journey.
