Bromley PANDAS

Affiliated with The PANDAS Foundation, we are a local peer support group of expectant, new and not-so-new parents who have or are experiencing mental health challenges before or after baby's arrival. We are here for everyone - those who are having a tricky day, those feeling a bit low, those who want to maintain their mental health as a new parent, those wanting to connect and share as part of their self-care - you don't have to have a diagnosis, be rock bottom or be referred. All feelings and experiences to do with parenthood are welcome.
