I’m a certified, Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher and have specialist training and experience in the following areas: Prenatal- & Postnatal Yoga, Children & Teen Yoga, Yoga for Athletes My teaching style is trauma-sensitive, creative, playful and purposeful. Emphasis on safe anatomical alignment, physiology, breathing, mental health and positive encouragement. I’m fully insured, DBS-checked and have a valid First Aid certificate.
