I am a qualified RYT-200 Hatha and Vinyasa, RCYT Yoga for Kids, Yoga for Special needs and actually doing a training with Special Yoga to mindfulness and Yoga for Autism and ADHD. Due to the current situation I am doing the most of my classes via Zoom but I was starting last week with Yoga in the park in West Hampstead focus to kids and families. I am qualified Indian massage therapist as well
