us energy and allows us to have more energy for our little one(s) This is what you can expect from a session - a space for mothers to connect art activities are guided by professional artist Laura Gee (& mum of 2) grounding, beautiful theraputic art excercises to beat perfectionsim space for your babes to roll and play if you need to stand and rock your baby to sleep we have clipboards you can create whilst doing it art and affirmation prompts to talk away journal/sketchbook themed sessions - each focusing on slow processes, using your hands, natural form, and motherhood This is a class for the mums, but the babes love it too.
