Mini Explorers offers an engaging play experience for babies and toddlers, drawing inspiration from the educational philosophies of Reggio Emilia and Montessori. Our emphasis is on utilising open-ended materials to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and encourage discovery. We run sessions outdoors in a beautiful woodland on a farm during the Spring and Summer and indoor sessions in a village hall during the Winter. Each session there will be: -

Art explorations - Loose part play and open ended resources ( boxes, tubes, real objects) - Messy and sensory play - Natural resources (pine cones, sticks,shells etc) - Light, dark and shadow explorations (indoors) - Circle time with stories and singing - Opportunities to make new friends and learn about open ended play and how it is beneficial to children’s development.
