Our PreSchool and Recreational classes cater for all abilities. All of our sessions are coached by British Gymnastics qualified coaches - providing the best start to your childs active life . Our classes run during Hampshire CC term timetable.
Gymnasts are accompanied by an adult in our structured introduction to physical activities for children under school age. Classes are 45 minutes long and start with a musical action warm-up. We use static and travelling activities designed to explore and develop physical and mental agility and then finish with a cool-down activity.
