Blissful Beginnings Lyndsey

Our sessions include exploratory sensory play and a relaxing baby massage, where you can learn strokes to help relieve and soothe your baby's digestion, trapped wind, constipation, colic, teething and sleep. Not only is this a lovely session to bond with your baby, but you will get to meet and chat with other parents in a safe, non-judgemental space. Each week there will be different exploratory play opportunities, where babies will learn and explore the world around them using their senses. Imagine, treasure baskets, ball pools, sensory lights, parachutes, bubbles and much more!
