London Conservatoire was established in 1995 and has gained an outstanding reputation for musical excellence through its teaching of children of all abilities. Colourstrings is a fully-integrated approach, based on the traditional Hungarian Kodály Method. Children learn all the basics of music through a variety of activities, including songs, rhymes, games, listening, movement to music, percussion and dancing. Instrumental tuition is offered usually starting from 5-7 years (violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar or piano) for Kindergarten graduates. By the time the children move on from Kindergarten to start learning an instrument with us they are already achieving levels of musicality at least equivalent to Key Stage 2 for 11 year olds. Ba
