Our fun and inspiring yoga classes are taught by Lizzie, mum to two daughters, an experienced primary school teacher and a certified Cosmic Kids yoga teacher. Lizzie also works part-time for CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) as an Activities Coordinator and is passionate about taking care of both physical and mental health. This class is on the first Saturday of each month at Oaken Grove Community Centre in Haxby and is a great opportunity for your child to give yoga a try. Aimed at children aged 5-10 years. Your child will take part in a yoga adventure story, followed by a relaxation, then mindfulness craft or activity. Mats are provided. Your child just needs comfy clothes and a water bottle. Parents are welcome to enjoy a coffee and collect their child at the end of the session
