Mix Move & Dance

A variety of movement & dance classes that serve to get communities active and connected! We currently run Strong BBB's out of Blunham Village Hall on Friday mornings term time, which offers both parents and children a chance to get active together. Slingsation is a baby wearing dance class that provides gentle exercise for new mums. Classes are mobile, so if you are interested in booking a workshop for a group or charity, please get in touch.
