gymnastics classes offer a wide variety of benefits for all ages. We run age based gymnastics classes from Age 4 to 7 and 8 plus. Gymnastics helps your co-ordination, strength building, flexibility and agility as well as being great fun. Our experienced gymnastics coaches help the gymnast progress through a “Level” based system. They can learn skills on Floor, Beam, Vault and Bars.
