You need to pre-register for our Baby & Me Group, it isn't a drop-in session. - Reconnect is for Mums experiencing challenges to their wellbeing, such as anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, stress, OCD or postnatal depression. It's for Mums with a child aged 0-2 years and we provide a creche place for your child (in the same building) so you can have some time to fully focus on the sessions, which include things like craft, journaling and identity work.
