Creating an open space to share our stories, a space to be heard, listened to and witnessed ❤️ ☮️Each week we spend time sharing in circle; practice gentle movement, breath work, meditation and sometimes dancing with our bare feet on the earth 🌱 🪴 We sip herbal drink tea, share a wholesome homemade treat (made by me) and slowly rebuild the village. 🎟️ All parents are welcome.
