I aim to create a warm and intimate atmosphere in my classes, where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to give everything a try. No previous baking experience is required ; novices are welcome as well as those looking to expand their baking repertoire.
Rise and Shine kids' baking classes and parties are all about learning basic baking techniques while having fun, switching off and creating space to enjoy the creative process. Finger-licking is allowed, if not strongly encouraged! I am hoping to resume my regular baking group (which had to close due to the pandemic) in 2024.
