by The Relaxation Room. Then it's your turn to switch off for a moment. While your baby stays with you, you'll receive a short, optional ASMR-style relaxation experience from me — a little opportunity to be looked after rather than always being the one doing the looking after. We'll finish with refreshments, a hot drink and some relaxed time to chat with the other mums. Everything is very baby-led. You're welcome to feed, change, cuddle or settle your baby whenever you need to, and there's a separate room available if either of you needs a little time away from the group.
