Every student at the centre follows a unique and individualised learning path based on an initial and ongoing assessments. Working at the student’s pace, the programme fills any existing gaps in their understanding which then builds on self-esteem and confidence, and develops independent learning skills. Aynit and Shanti also support local schools as the structured First Class Learning programme meets the objectives of the national curriculum. Some of the schools that they have worked with include Beauchamp College, Manor High School, Wigston Academy, Lancaster Boys and Ash Field. As well as running busy and successful tuition centres, Aynit and Shanti work alongside Head Office covering a variety of roles including recruiting and mentoring new managers. Over the years, thousands of children have flourished at their centres and some have gone on to work as tutors at the centres passing down their knowledge and experience to the next generation of students.
