such a difference. As a novice to yoga Julie has improved my technique and confidence and has given me the skills to practice independently. I am now in my 36th week of pregnancy and have been lucky to remain strong and healthy and attribute a lot of this to Julie's yoga classes and her ability to share the learning in classes.
