We offer three Seedling classes designed around your baby's developmental stage: Seedling 1 is for babies from birth to sitting unaided. Sessions focus on sensory exploration, early movement patterns, and building the foundations of physical development in a calm, nurturing environment. Seedling 2 is for babies from sitting to crawling. Sessions focus on coordination, strength, curiosity, and the cross-lateral movement patterns that underpin crawling, walking, and beyond. We are a children's provision/group delivering sessions based around physical literacy and all the good it can encourage with early years development. Throughout our lesson plan we cover a number of areas such technique time which focuses on milestone development and parent advice on how to support their little ones development stage.
