Preschool Dance classes Thursdays 4-4:45pm
A fun and friendly class for children ready to join in without their grown up. This is a creative movement class, usually from aged 2.5-3 to school age. This class gives your child an introduction to the movements that develop into dance steps. This class uses props, themes and imaginative dance to develop your child’s imagination, creativity and confidence. It also develops coordination, balance, social skills, confidence and creativity.
Acrobatics Dance Class 12:15-1pm Saturdays in Hilton
We have an acrobatics dance class for children aged 4 and over. We follow the syllabus of Acrobatic Arts, the World’s most trusted acrodance syllabus. We work on flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling skills in an energetic 45 minute class. Junior Class 1pm-2:30pm Saturdays in Hilton We also have a Junior Class for children aged 6 and over. We begin to focus on the exam syllabus of the RAD and ISTD and I-Path dance organisations. The Junior classes are a combination class including ballet, tap, modern, character and musical theatre. This allows the children to experience a range of different dance styles and is designed to allow them to perform with confidence and creativity. As well as exam work we do lots of creative free work and workshops within our classes to inspire and develop your child’s imagination and ability to learn and try new choreography. Intermediate Class 2-3:30pm Saturdays in Hilton Our newest class for our oldest dancers. We focus on more advanced dance syllabus and technique. The class includes RAD ballet and ISTD and I-Path tap and modern and is suitable for children aged 8 and above. Little Leapers Classes 9:45-10:15am Saturdays in Tutbury Ages 1 to 4. An introduction to dance for toddlers/ minis and their grown ups. A fun and friendly class that introduces your toddler to the joys of dance, music and song. This class develops their co-ordination skills, social skills and musicality. This gives you the perfect opportunity to bond with your child whilst getting fit and meeting new parents and grandparents.
Preschool Dance Classes
Creative movement classes for toddlers and preschoolers using props and imaginative dance to develop basic movement skills, creativity, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Junior Dance Classes
Junior Classes (Ages 7 – 9) Combination classes for children in year 2-4 featuring ballet, tap, modern as well as acrobatics, street dance and Drama, theatre and performing arts. Emphasis on RAD and ISTD and I-Path syllabus, creativity, performance skills, and confidence-building. The Junior class is for children aged 7-9. We follow the exam syllabus of the RAD and ISTD dance organisations. The RAD and ISTD are internationally recognised as the most influential and respected dance organisations, known for professional standards and quality teaching. The Junior classes are a combination class including ballet, tap and modern. This allows the children to experience a range of different dance styles and is designed to allow them to perform with confidence and creativity. As well as exam work we do lots of creative free work and workshops within our classes to inspire and develop your child’s imagination and ability to learn and try new choreography.
7 years – 9 years
Intermediate Dance Classes
Intermediate Classes (Ages 9+) Advanced dance classes for children age 9 and upwards covering RAD ballet, ISTD tap and modern, acrobatics and contemporary styles like street, lyrical, and commercial dance to enhance technique and performance. We also have a Drama, Theatre and Performing Arts class for our older children.

We teach Royal Academy of dance ballet and ISTD and I-Path tap, modern and musical theatre and Acrobatic Arts acrodance. We offer classes for children of all ages and all our classes are taught by the Principal Elaine who is a qualified and experienced Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher and Acrobatic Arts Certified Instructor. We want all our children to feel safe, supported and part of our dance community. We deliberately keep our classes small so we can support all of our students and give them the attention they deserve to develop and thrive.
Preschool Acrobatics- Hilton
A fun and friendly class for children ready to join in without their grown up. Our preschool acrobatic gymnastics class is perfect for children who haven’t started school yet. This acrobatic class follows the trusted Acrobatic Arts syllabus, offering a fun, creative, and energetic environment for your little one to develop flexibility, balance, and coordination. If your child loves cartwheels, handstands, and tumbling, this class is ideal for them.
