L K Yoga and Wellness - Kids Yoga and Arts Club

L K Yoga & Wellness makes mindfulness fun for young people. Our Kids Yoga & Arts Club blends yoga, creative play, and self-expression for children from early years to secondary school. Through storytelling, breathing exercises, movement, and art, kids build emotional awareness, focus, and confidence in a warm, supportive environment. Children and Teacher led and beginner-friendly, these sessions help children develop physical and mental wellbeing while having a great time.
