A gentle, nurturing yoga class for you and your baby to move, breathe, and bond together. Enjoy 30 minutes of gentle yoga, followed by relaxed social time to connect with other parents and carers over a cuppa and chat. No prior yoga experience is needed, and the class offers a relaxed, welcoming space where feeding, changing, and settling your baby is always welcome. Hello, I’m Rhiannon, founder of My Yogi Bairns - a children’s yoga and wellbeing community created from my passion for helping children feel happy, confident and connected . I’ve been teaching children’s yoga for 7+ years , working with little ones from toddler age right through to 16 in schools, nurseries, clubs and community settings. My classes are fun, playful and creative , combining yoga and movement with storytelling, music, mindfulness, breathwork,
relaxation, sensory play and plenty of imagination.
