Hello Mums, Dads and Caregivers Welcome to my profile. I provide baby classes and workshops in Southwest London. My Baby Massage classes are very soothing and relaxing, for both baby and parent and really help to deepen the bond with your baby . They are packed with practical tips and hints too to help you on your parenting journey. My Baby Yoga classes are great fun, dynamic, and have lots of songs and baby yoga 'moves' such as the ‘Loop the loop’

Private consultations are also available and these practical sessions can be a wonderful help to new parents struggling with anxiety or lack of confidence in handling their new arrival. In addition to my business I am also a mum to two beautiful boys which enables me to bring personal as well as professional experience into my courses .
