Shared Beginnings offers calm, evidence-based support for families during pregnancy and early parenthood. Led by a registered nurse and antenatal teacher, I provide bespoke antenatal sessions, baby massage, and gentle community meet-ups. My work is grounded in evidence while recognising that real life doesn’t always follow guidelines, supporting families to find the best all-round option for them. Shared Beginnings creates nurturing, non-judgemental spaces where parents feel supported, informed, and connected during life’s biggest transition.
