By using sports, we build an environment in which young people can build confidence, acquire new skills, affirm self-value, support each other, positively address inequality, gain a sense of belonging and become role models. In addition to this TA focusses on helping the community with their wellbeing (both physical and mentally) through sports. Focussing on different age groups, Track Academy caters for all. The aim is to improves to psychical, social and mental well-being of people in the borough of Brent by offering a wide range of sport activities.
