I am a midwife with over 25 years experience within the NHS. I have supported thousands of women through their pregnancy, birth, labour and postnatal journey into motherhood. I understand the physical and emotional challenges women face through these transformative stages. It was always part of my routine before I went on stage, due to its low impact exercise programme, it warmed up my whole body ready for the show.
