These new gymnastics classes are open to girls of all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced gymnasts. The 6pm-7pm class is aimed at girls born 2017-2018 (7yrs-9yrs 11mths), while the 7pm-8pm class welcomes girls born 2016 and older (10yrs-16yrs 11mths). Both sessions are run by our experienced, qualified coaches at Auchterarder Gymnastics Club, and follow the same structured programme as our other weekday classes – building strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
