Early Years Yoga
Cosmic Kids instructor Tash will take your little one on a yoga adventure. We base the yoga on a story that will discuss emotions and how to manage them, helping your kids to learn about emotional regulation while they have fun. Adults are welcome to grab a matt or chair and join in the fun or sit back and watch with a cuppa!

About The Family Yoga Studio
We offer parent and baby classes; cosmic kids accredited kids yoga, teen and adult yoga in Banbury and the surrounding villages.
