My 'Birth With Confidence' hypnobirthing and antenatal course is run across two consecutive days (Sat/Sun) in Formby. and birth Feel calm, confident and empowered, before and during labour During my course, you will get up to 12 hours in-person learning, which includes planning for your birth, understanding your options and what to expect during and after the birth of your baby. You will also learn the logic of hypnobirthing and simple and powerful techniques to assist you during pregnancy and labour, Once you've completed the course, you will have access to information from myself and experts at KGH for issues that you need further guidance on during pregnancy. This is also a great chance to connect with other parents-to-be, to build a supportive network as you begin a new stage of your life.
