Mama Glow

Our Mama Glow Pregnancy, Postnatal and Baby Massage classes are uplifting, calming and supportive and are carefully designed with both mum and baby in mind. Classes are flexible and baby-led, so feeding, changing and comforting your baby when you need to is completely understood. We always make time to have a cup of tea and cake or biscuits at the end of class so that you can relax, enjoy a hot cup of tea and connect with other mums.
