Bump and Beyond Wellbeing

I am a Baby Massage Instructor, Tree Babies Guide, massage and reiki practitioner and my aim is to nurture our future one baby at a time. Parental mental health and self-care is very important to me and so I don't run courses that have an end date. Parents can come along to any of the sessions for as long as they want to I am passionate about nature and the many benefits that being outside brings, not only to our physical health but also our mental health. I also enjoy creating wonderful themed play sessions for your little ones and love to see them exploring.
