VISIONS AND VALUES Our visions and values are at the core of everything we do. They enable us to provide an environment which prepares our young people on their journey to become confident, happy individuals whilst gaining the confidence and skills to enter further education in the Arts if that is their chosen path. Havering Youth Theatre aims to create a fun but educational environment in which every individual is valued and can develop in the whichever way suits them best. Our Core Values We encourage our young people to reach their maximum potential whilst respecting the needs and abilities of all involved. We constantly strive to raise levels of achievement and to be an organisation where young people feel happy and secure, work hard and take an interest in all we offer. We aim to help our young people develop in all three theatrical disciplines (acting, singing and dance), whilst also providing opportunities to understand and appreciate the full 'Production process'.
