We offer a wide range of lessons and tutorials for all ages and abilities. Our adult classes are specifically tailored for both beginners and advanced students, ages 16 and up. We also have exciting and dynamic junior classes: Little Dragons (ages 3-6), Ninja Kids (ages 7-11), and Teen Warriors (ages 12-15). Our junior classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and educational, helping children and teens build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness while learning kickboxing and karate skills.
