Our Preschool Gymnastics classes are the perfect introduction to movement, coordination, and confidence for children who are walking up to 4 years old. These structured sessions are designed to support early physical development in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Led by Coach Aeryn, each class is carefully planned to introduce basic gymnastics shapes, balance, coordination, and listening skills through exciting circuits, games, and imaginative activities. Children are encouraged to explore movement at their own pace while building confidence and social skills. Most importantly, our sessions are full of fun, energy, and positivity—helping little gymnasts fall in love with movement from their very first class.

11:00 – 11:30 | Baby Sensory Class with Coach Frances – £5 11:30 – 12:30 | Sensory Room Open Play – £5 Both Sessions: £8.50 Baby Sensory Class – Gentle, Playful & Baby-Led Our Baby Sensory Class with Coach Frances is a calm, welcoming session designed to support bonding, exploration, and early development through sound, sight, and touch. This relaxed class is suitable for babies from birth to early walkers and is completely baby-led. There is no pressure to follow instructions or keep up—your baby can watch, rest, feed, or explore at their own pace. Each session includes a variety of gentle sensory experiences such as lights, music, textures, and props designed to encourage curiosity and early development, while supporting special bonding time between parent and baby. Held in our lovely heated studio, this is also a great opportunity to meet other parents and make new friends. Our café upstairs is available if you’d like to grab a coffee before or after the session.
