Breathe Melodies is our family of group singing programmes, created to support emotional wellbeing, connection and confidence during pregnancy and the early stages of parenthood. Our programmes include Breathe Melodies for Mums, a free 10-week programme for new mums and their babies, Breathe Melodies for Dads, supporting dads and fathering figures to connect with their babies and other dads through music, and our newest programme, Breathe Melodies

for Mums to Be, which will support expectant mums during pregnancy. These aren’t typical parent and baby groups. The focus is on creating a welcoming space where parents can take some time for themselves, connect with others and experience the uplifting benefits of singing together. Sessions are led by our brilliant Breathe Singing Leads and use songs from around the world, building through simple melodies, rounds and harmonies. There’s no need for any previous singing experience and no pressure to perform. Babies are completely welcome to feed, sleep, cry or wriggle throughout; the sessions are designed to work around parents and their babies rather than the other way around.
